They provide a AAA discount, allow you to pick up your car after hours at the gas station across the street until 11 pm, and even provide a free car wash. Their pricing was reasonable and they've earned a new customer."

"After dealing with the horror story that was the dealership (Quoted $2,800 for a clutch and flywheel) I started calling around. I found a few people that were very happy to ""beat the dealership by 10%"" which to me is just lazy quoting...then I found LAC. Tony was more than happy to get me a real quote and came in WAAAY under the dealerships asking premium. Not only that but they spun the work around in under 24 hours. It has been a very long time since I've dealt with an auto repair shop that I wanted to refer people to but these folks at LAC have more than earned my, my wife's, my friend's and my family's business. I highly recommend that you run your quote by them and, even if they can't beat the dollar figure, consider them for their quality repairs and no-hassle attitude."

"I arrived on the Cape with my check engine light on. I was anxious being an out of towner, and didn't want to get taken advantage of. I searched the internet, and Battles had excellent reviews. So I took a chance, and was very impressed and satisfied! They quoted me a price, and even though they ran into unforeseen problems with my car, they stayed true to their word! They were very sympathetic and apolegetic to the fact I was on vacation. They even gave me a loaner. The entire staff was very courteous and I couldn't have been more impressed! "Excellent, honest, and experienced. They really listened to what I needed checked and maintenanced on my car, and clearly explained everything they would do. They also clearly indicated what I would and would not be charged for. As it turned out, they were not able to replicate a clunking noise I was hearing from my car, and so did not charge me for inspecting it. Yet when I picked up my car after service, the sound was no longer there, so the regular maintenance they did must have fixed it. At other places I've gone, I would have been charged any way. It's nice to know of a place with honest and hard working mechanics that do not over-charge.
Also, they dropped me off at a nearby cafe while I waited for my car to be serviced. Unlike other places I've been, their service was immediate. Right after I signed the paper work they wisped me away, and right when my car was done, they came and picked me up.
Excellent service all around!"
