"I would rate my experience with Quality Motors as great. As usual, the personnel was courteous, helpful, they took the time to explain what was to be corrected with my car. I have been going to Quality Motors for about 30 years and I have never had a bad experience there. My main reason for continuing to go to Quality is the honesty and integrity that they have. I recommend them highly and if you have not had the opportunity to visit Quality Motors, I hope that you will give them a try."

"I only take my cars here. Quickly identified my problem and fixed it first time. With a car with over 125K miles on it parts are starting to wear and I plan to keep this car until it drops dead. They always call and discuss options for fixing and identifying what needs to be done now (safety) and what can wait. I have never felt taken advantage of, and am always treated with respect. Great place to do business."

"Best family I have ever worked for. Personal caring practical patient fair and courteous. They have given me the opportunity to succeed have challenged me to be an ever better technician and worked with me when I presented questions. I can happily work knowing Steve wants the absolute best for the customer and isn't out to 'just make a buck' and he is fair & honest to a fault. Having previously been at 5 other jobs spread across Alaska over 9 years I can fully recommend Metropolitan Garage to friends family and my mother. This is the best shop in Fairbanks in my opinion. Word of caution: If you try them out you may never go anywhere else. They are that awesome."
