"Darryl, Will, and Tyler, the technician who inspected my vehicle, all provided excellent, friendly service in their respective roles. Yesterday, I brought my car to Roy Rump and Sons garage for a suspected punctured tire ( I called in the morning and was able to drop off the vehicle right away, which was then inspected soon thereafter). The punctured tire ( rear right tire) was quickly identified, and , although it proved to be too damaged to repair, as well as a discontinued model of tire, this was clearly stated to me the detailed, multi-photo inspection report that I received. Furthermore, as a repair could not be made to the punctured tire (for clearly detailed reasons), there was no charge applied to that day’s service, with the inspection provided complimentarily. Thank you very much. Roy Rump and Sons is an outstanding automotive garage and fully deserve their stellar rating. A gem of a business in the neighborhood."
