First step is booking an appt, which we did online. We received a response within a day and I also got a text response. After confirming my appt, we dropped the car off with no hassles. The location may be a bit hard to find at first, as it’s located behind the building that GPS tells you is the spot. We left the car and we got updates about the car through our texts (we opted for this method). We got a very detailed report with pictures, showing exactly what work the car needs now and what is suggested for the future. They gave us the quote and began their work. The price is fair for the work they do. They’re pretty quick with repairs depending on what needs to be done (for us, it was about a day or two). I love their after hours pick up feature as well. For after hours: when you pay the bill, (which can be sent to your phone via text and paid with a credit card), you get a code. You use the code to get your key, grab your car and head home. Customer service was welcoming and informative. The service provided was top notch. Again the service was all around excellent. I VERY highly recommend this location for your car repairs needs!"
