"They were willing to inspect my car without charging me one cent. The Toyota dealer would not inspect my car unless I paid $200.00 deposit towards the repair. Customer service really showed when Andy was willing to listen to my concern over the phone. He basically gave me an idea what might be the problem and the possible solutions,including the cost of the service that needed to done on the car. I decided to take my car to the shop,especially after speaking with AAA on which shop they highly recommended. I left my car and they promised to call me by noon. Like they promised, service department called me to inform me that my starter was the problem and after inspecting the car that my car was is great condition,all it needed was to replace my air filter,and tires need rotating. I know it is hard to find an auto shop with these type of service qualities. If you are looking for a reliable service provider,look no further Import Auto Clinic is the place for you. You will not be disappointed. This is what I call World Class Customer Service!!!"
