"Everyone was extremely, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, HONEST. They didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. They explained to me clearly the problems with my vehicle and how they could be corrected, AND they gave me estimates BEFORE they did any work so that I could make proper decisions about my vehicle. They understand that people don't just have money growing on trees, and gave me the best prices possible, and even gave me discounts through a special program! They didn't treat me like an idiot, which was a major bonus. I will be returning to them very soon...this week in fact. Finally, an auto repair place I can TRUST!"

"My remote key was not functioning, and I thought I needed a new one. I went across the street to Lawrence Volvo, where the car was initially purchased (not by me), to inquire about a replacement. I was told that the solution was to purchase a new one for $250, which did not include a $150 fee to "program" the remote key to my car. I brought my problem to George, who replaced the battery and charged me $11. That anecdote perfectly describes my experience, over the last 5 years and 2 cars, with Joe's. Customer service - in this case finding the best and most cost effective solution for ME, the customer - really means something to them. I will never go anywhere else."
