"I noticed a leak coming from the engine compartment on my 330ci so I called QM in the late afternoon to make an appt. John the service advisor said bring it down first thing in the morning and they'll take a look. I came down the next morning and after an inspection turns out it was just a bad seal on the engine oil compartment where you add the oil. He added a new seal changed my oil and I was on my way by that morning! Awesome service and a very honest repair shop. I highly rate these guys! Thank you!"

"I do not like the $65.00 charge for the computer diagnostic. That is a tool to help the shop do thier job. Many other shops do not charge this fee. Work is always good however."

"I love Joe's! As a woman, it is nice that the staff always takes the time necessary to explain to me exactly what the issue is, including showing me a photo or diagram if warranted....and they are never condescending. The work is done well and completed in a timely manner. They seem to have a lot of integrity, and I never get the feeling that they are fixing things unncessarily. They will even prioritize repair work needed if I ask 'what can wait?' Everyone is pleasant and the shuttle service to/from work or home is a great convenience. No one likes taking their car in to be fixed, but it helps to have a place you can go to that does a good job and charges fairly."
