"Excellent service. I brought my car in after it suddenly lost power and thought I was facing a huge nightmare. Greg said that he understood it was a problem with the computer in my Lexus but didn't have the specific equipment to identify what it was. I took it to Lexus and it was very minor indeed. I then went back to German motors for the other repairs and tune-up it needed. Very happy with everything. They are honest and upfront."

Although the waiting area can use some heat on cold days...perhaps you guys might want to get rid of the small portable heater and invest in a real heater to keep your customers comfortable (after all you guys service European cars). A tv would be good since people have to wait. You guys might also want to switch to warm bulbs instead of fluorescent in the waiting area."
