"The service manager who greeted me and took down the information on my 1986 VW Vanagon could not have been more pleasant or professional. Since I had never been to Frank's I was a bit leary but the service manager was great. Personally, if If I were the manager of Frank's I would give him a huge raise. My car was done in an hour. I expected the bill to be off the charts but the cost was lower than expected. I will definitely use Frank's again. Thanks to all the great workers!"

"Thanks to Tracy and Grandson I was seen to promptly. While I had to wait behind a couple of customers, once the inspection and oil change were performed expediently and only delay was a wrong part that I had provided. As always everyone was very friendly and so a return trip in the future is sure to happen. P.S. I found the problem of the hesitation, i.e. having to use the choke was due to both a broken ignition rotor cap which pieces among the points and bent carb dashpot damper so fuel getting evenly into carb."

"The service reminder and May Madness special indicated to me that Ayers Automotive is really dedicated in doing the proper care and service to our 2012 Focus. Much better attention than one gets from the dealership. They are real people with real concern to your vehicles. I like it. Impressed that they also check for recalls and TOs for the car being serviced and pass info to owner with options available. My wife is very happy with her car after it got serviced by Ayers."
