"This was my first time taking my car (2005 Infiniti G35 coupe) into this shop. I set up my appointment online using their website. The website was extremely easy to use and the appointment process was a snap. When I dropped off my car I was helped in a flash by friendly and professional service. My car was inspected and I immediately received a call apprising me of the situation. They identified a couple of additional items that needed attention. I was not pressured into having the extra work done. The situation was explained to me and we moved forward. I did have the extra work done and like the rest of the service it was completely promptly, professionally and at a lower price than the dealership would have charged. My experience was excellent and I plan on taking my Infiniti and my other car (2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee) here for service in the future. "Friendly and professional" is how I would describe the experience. Great work."
