"We were towed to RHAC in the late afternoon after losing a timing belt on I95 enroute from Florida to Virginia on June 27 for my daughter's graduation at Quantico.. Since the event was 500 miles away the following morning, we were naturally a little frantic. The problem was discovered promptly, and the entire staff participated in helping us to get a rental, even driving us to the airport after business hours. They called the following day as promised, and made arrangements for us to pick up the repaired car on Sunday while travelling home. Because of the professionalism, personality, and personal character of the staff, what could have been a pretty monumental disaster for us, became as smooth as just a hitch in our trip. We can't thank or appreciate you enough!"

"I came in at 7:45 for my service A on 1 July w. the Mercedes 500CLK. The man at the desk (rather heavy set, NOT Leonard) took my infos. I was worried about the battery and asked what a new one would cost. Reply was "I have no idea". I then asked him if a battery replacement could be done w/o breaking the circuits (windows etc won't work unless you know how and which buttons to push how long...I know that is a problem because I replaced a battery myself once and had to call Mercedes 3-4x to get everything working again). I know now you just connect another battery while replacing the old one to get around that problem. Anyway, the man at the desk said "that is not possible to do", altho I have seen it done. I then got a ride home, but at 8:45 my car was still in the parking lot. Don't get me wrong, on my former visits you guys did and do a great job. I did get to talk to Leonard later, who is absolutely customer oriented and very professional. I just don't get why I got such strange answers from the guy who took my order...sorry I don't have his name....you asked for my comments...."

"As an owner of a vintage car, it is difficult to find competent mechanics to work on my vehicle. My 1981 DeLorean sat in the garage for almost 20 years. The guys at Craig's car care took the time to diagnose the issues with the car. They the researched all the problems, locating schematics for wiring, fuel systems, and cooling systems. They then fixed it right! I'm back on the road and all of the problems associated with a long term storage have been resolved. I'm taking all my cars to Craigs from now on."
