"I had brought my 2000 ford focus in because my battery light kept flashing on and off...so I brought it in and Joshua took it in right away and come to find out it was my altenator the older man looked it up and said it was under warranty so they brought me home and called back later and Joshua was very nice and polite brought me back to pick up my car didnt cost me a thing thanks to the guys and the red head mechinc (sorry I didnt know your name) checked my fluids and tires...I trust these guys 110%..I had been going to another local place for ovder 20 yrs until they closed down and for me to find a trusting place well this was the place...I have MS and I depend on these guys with my car its the only car I will own..Thanks guys for helping me and taking care of my Ford Focus Your the best!!!"

"Very good visit. You guys went out of your way to make sure I understood what was being done. Also, you were willing to fix an oxygen sensor that caused problems during the visit even if it was unrelated to the purpose of the visit. Only critique I have is that if the costs are going to be in excess of what was originally stated, i.e. more work needs to be done, that you call or email me to let me know what additional work is being done. Overall good visit."

"Had a loud grinding noise happen on Campbell ave, used my phone and found these guys. Found them to be responsive and upbeat. One of the mechanics started to look at my vehicle within 15 minutes nd even found the issue almost immedi ately. He brought me under the car to show me the problem. This is how it should be done and I felt confident with them at this point and at end of next day I got the call that it was ready for pick up. The only criticism is that since the call was at the end of the day, then I couldn't get there before they closed and therefore had to spend another $75 on rental car. Could this have been avoided? Could I have received a call earlier to let me know ""it will be done approx..."" Im not sure, that's usually how it works. They call you when its done and I'm not going to take a star away for that. I know my way around cars a little and they charged me properly-no gouge. I feel pretty confident that I would call them again in future.Oh, they also called a car rental company for me and someone arrived to pick me up."

"Hello, as always Adam does a great job at explaining the bill in terms we can understand, rather than a list of part numbers that mean nothing to the average layman, he takes the time to go over the bill until we could understand it. Adman is our favorite guy there, he treats us with respect but is still very personable and down to earth. He gives us a thank you discount whenever it's possible and they always seem to do a go job. I am going to "rib" them a little tho.....came to pick up car ( s-500) and paid the bill but car wasn't washed!.....ha! Not a big deal but we were picking up my Mother- in - law in a dirty car.....a little disappointing. I still give a very high praise to Adam and his crew, all nice folks!"
