"Today I scheduled my 1st car service with Platt's. I told them I have new tires at home and need to be mounted, they dropped me at home, they picked the new tires from home and mounted the new tires. Once the service is finished, they called me that they are coming to pick me, they picked me and when I reach there I saw lot of surprises (Ed and team thrown lot of free stuff without charging me a penny, they taken care of my car like their car). I am so happy after seeing the surprises. I definitely go there for all of my services. I definitely recommend this place to my friends. Ed and Team, I really appreciate for everything done today."

"Great service! Not only did they fix my problem, they showed me exactly what my problem WAS. They kept some of the worn out parts to show me exactly what i paid them to do!. Straight forward clean cut shop no shady business tactics They show you exactly what you paid them to do! on top of that they didn't miss a single thing during my diagnosis! figured out what NEEDED done and what could WAIT. They may be a little more then some of the other guys but in personal experience the other guys wouldn't tell you that you don't need to replace everything on the diagnosis list So they even out there, and Top notch work from the mechanic my 1995 BMW came out with of their shop looking like it did the day it rolled off the assembly line! no missing nuts or bolts or mismatching anything! Truly amazing guys! definitely my go-to Euro shop!"

I need brakes n I had went to Walters they told me it would be $1700 I went to Inland they told I need pads Walters told me I need beaks pads n Rotors n that I need replacements of every brake etc , they don't care they see u coming if you have the money they will get u .... "Before my last visit, I would have said they were the best. I no longer think so. I went in for an oil change. When I drove away, the car stopped within one block of the shop - bone dry. The mechanic they sent after me put 5 quarts into the car. If the car did not have an automatic shut-down, I would have ruined the engine. No more Joe for me."
