As only someone who knows nothing about cars can describe a sound, Craig (one of the service reps) made sure he tracked the noise. He did and the necessary part was replaced. I am amazed at the service reps' knowledge and expertise. Since I drive 40 miles to have my car serviced, they accommodate me by doing the work while I wait."
