"My car would not get out of park. I was stuck sitting in a parking lot on off Eagle Road. I called Heritage and talked to Becca. She immediately said my husband is out running errands, I will call him. He called me right back and said I will be right there. He drove up and made sure it was not my transmission, got it unstuck so I could drive it. How awesome is that? I don't know many places/people that would do that!! I was amazed and so grateful!!!!!! They fixed my car quickly. I always felt well informed. They drove me home. Fantastic customer service. Everyone was so great and kind! It was a great and relaxing experience. I felt well taken care of. Thank you very much for all you guys did!"

"I arrived a couple minutes late. Scott met me when I came in. He checked my car in and the work was begun right away. The service took the amount of time they said to allow. I waited in the comfortable waiting area. When the service was complete they went over the service provided and also other things I should be aware of for future service. On past visits Tony has reviewed my oil choices and helped me make the best choice for my car. I presume that was not necessary and my previous choice was followed on this visit since that discussion did not happen this time."

"5 stars just isn't enough. Dennis auto repair was a treally throwback to how business use to be. I was impressed the way they were able to get me in so quick. As I waited for the estimate I watched customer after customer leave with a genuine smile on their face. But was more impressive then that was the interaction between Dennis and his staff with their customers. You can tell they really care about their customers and the work they do. Then instead of trying to sale me on a more expensive jobDennis was upfront and honest with what the issue was. I will definitely be back I have found my Mechanix from now on."

"The service technician put too much oil in my sprinter van's diesel engine. A "high" oil warning light came on during my all day drive to Florida. I ended up siphoning the excess oil out of my van in the parking lot of a auto parts store. Huge inconvenience that made my travel day much longer than expected. Apparently the service technician couldn't read the dip stick!"

"The guys at PSP diesel are by far the best at what they do! If your looking for a group of people to take care of you this is the place to go! I own a 2004 ford f350 and these guys really did a wonderful job with my truck! I'm more than pleased with the quality of work they do. My truck hasn't ever ran as good as it has until theses guys gave it new life! I'm a person that's pretty hard on my truck i use it for every thing it's intended for and more! I surely do put it through the test and their workmanship has spoken for its self! The really good thing is they shoot you strait with everything. No beating around the bush, always giving you an options and have the best prices around. I found this shop through a good friend of mine and I'm glad I did!
