"I recently dropped off my truck for a speedometer and temp gauge issue. Right off I was greeted with a friendly smile and asked what I could be helped with. The staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful. They gave me a quote for fixing my gauges (saved me $200 compared to dealership and then saved me another $1,000 for brake maintenance that wasn't necessary). I will be coming back for service again!"

"I had a great experience taking my car to Frank's. The facility is nice and they happily gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. The gal that gave me a ride was very pleasant and a pleasure to chat with. I can't remember her name at the moment but she was terrific. I credit most of my good experience to Fred. He was easy to talk to and took the proper time to explain things to me and lay out my options. Such a nice guy! I hope that Frank's values his service because Fred is the reason that I will continue to have them service my car. The quality of service was good.
