"Excellent job guys. I had recently had a serious issue with my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, to the point where the van was not drivable until it was fixed. I checked the battery and changed the alternator. All of this to no avail. Thanks go to Bob Kaiser's team! They were able to find the problem which after careful thought even baffled them. A burnt wire was found near the starter. Thanks again."

"I was surprised with the comment that was made at the end of the fluids service: "Technician verified that there was nothing done at Complete Car Care to make this issue happen". This was in regards to the AC not working when I drove home and back to the shop. My "Mechanical Repair Service Contract" I hope will cover the repair when I take it to Mossy Nissan Service Dept. I have been a customer of Complete Car Care (Progressive in the past) for at least 10 years. I was told that two of the brake lights did not work. The one in the center of the rear glass has never worked since I purchase the vehicle but at present both the turn signals and brake lights work. Thank you for trying to fix the AC."

He knew right off the bat what was wrong. Which was the oil sending unit. I got new tires and a new battery. I already knew I would be needing these things also. So I took care of a lots of things while they had my car. The cost for everything was very reasonable. I got a complimentary ride home. Within no time it was done. "I live a couple of hours away and had read the good reviews of this shop. I brought my BMW 740iL into the shop and dropped the key in the slot through the door on a Sunday. I was gone all week on a business trip and returned to find the car repaired, clean and safe in their lot at about 10pm. I had made arrangements to pick it up after hours and did so. I paid the bill over the phone with a cc and went on my way having never met anyone at the shop in person. Sean was great to work with and did a great job on the car. It runs great! Thanks Sean and German Motors! I will be back!"
