"I have been going to Quality Motors since 1986 and always received the best service. Unlike so many other service centers, they never try to sell you something you don't need. They have the best mechanics who I attribute the 354,000 miles I had on my 1984 528e. During those miles the only thing I had to have done, other than scheduled service, was a valve job and replace the clutch once. I now have 195,000 miles on my 1998 528i and no major repairs. I have referred a number of people to Quality Motors and they, too, have been very satisfied and long time customers. Fred Millard"

"Took my bmw that wouldn't pass smog to German motors on a saterday. Sean in service was very helpful not only did he know all about my car but he was a g1 smog tech. He told me what I needed to pass smog . He told me that my car needs a valve job with no pressure to get it done which I liked. I just need to save some money and I will be seeing german motors soon the only thing I'm sad about is I can't register the car till I save some money to get the repair done. I just wish I took it to German motors before I bought this car"

"I was very satisfied with their thoroughness, honesty (from what I could tell), what I was charged for the repairs. At this point, I have not driven the vehicle enough to tell if I am satisfied that the problem was fixed or if more internal repairs may be needed. Staff was very courteous, professional, and took time to understand the problem during the process of determining the work to be performed."
