However if you need to drive with a sense of assurance that your vehicle was serviced by the best team in town (as if for their own mothers). Snellville Auto Center is the place. They don't sell auto service, they provide a feeling of confidence and comfort. "From the moment I walked into the car shop the worker's at John's treated me with attentiveness and respect. I was in a serious time crunch, and was close to being late to work and John's Automotive Care was able to get my car in, and out of the shop within hours. The worker at the front desk also struck me with his positivity and hospitality. He asked me how my day was, and being in a rush, caught up worrying about school and the stresses of life I replied hastily and rather grumpily "Bad - I got a flat tire." The autorepair man changed my whole day's direction and perspective because he answered in rebuttle"You're safe, you're car is okay, you didn't hit anyone." and than proceeded to ring me up in a quick and efficient manner. I popped both my right side tires, and the care was taken to remove the tires from the ight side and place the new tires in the front, to stabilize my cars alignment since I would have had a brand new set of tires on one side and different length tires on the other. Honestly at John's Automotive Care I felt the hospitality and care that I would have received from a family member, they genuinely cared about my well-being which is something I haven't seen from any business in a long long time. For my car's sake, I hope I won't be back for a long time - but when I do I know i'll be in good hands :)"
