"I wish all businesses were run like Hillside. I've been twice for my 2007 Nissan XTerra. Once for a fan noise (it was hitting something on morning startups only and took a few attempts to reproduce) and then for a failing ignition coil and 90K tuneup. I've been very happy with the level of customer service, from both Dave and David and Carle or Charlie? Bad with names. They were very good at explaining the cause of the problem. The car has been running great since then and I couldn't be happier. I also love how close they are to my house. Great sense of humor and good people. I will definitely be coming here in the future."

"This place is great! They are the place to go if you want your car fixed right by honest people. Mechanics aren't perfect but at Motoring Specialists they strive to ensure we get that quality service we (the customer) look for. I had an issue with my BMW and the diagnostic revealed a code which was repaired by them but didn't fix the problem. After I told them the issue was still there they took my car back in quickly and repaired the real issue at no additional charge. They took a hit by not charging me, which they could have. That's top notch customer service! They even provided a loaner car for the days my car was there. The best part is their 3 year warranty for all repairs they've done."

"Ron said he told them what he needed done on his vehicle and they got it done. The staff were very helpful. He told them the vehicle needed to be ready before the day ended and they stuck to their promise. He has not experienced any problems with his vehicle since he got it back. Everything works very well."

Japan motors was referred by an auto parts store and I am glad of that or I would have overlooked them because I have a Chevy. Who knew they fixed American made cars too!
